Every session is personalized for your specific needs.  Bob Jensen believes in healing,
not treating you by the numbers and working like a robot.  He will ask you questions before every session, designed to give you the best results for your time and money.  Sessions can be scheduled to run from 5-10 minutes (chair massage) or up to 2 hours for a table session (only for CranioSacral Therapy with SomatoEmotional Release).  All sessions are by appointment only.

Bob believes that you should get what you pay for.  A 60 minute session really means 60 minutes on the table, not the 45 or 50 minutes you get at some local spas.  While he does offer some 30 minute massage sessions, most people prefer 60 or 90 minutes so that they can really relax and enjoy the experience.  However, if you simply wish a 30 minute session to be focused on a particular spot, he can certainly accommodate your needs. Our pricing is very reasonable, at $55 for 30 minutes, $95 for 60 minutes and $140 for 90 minutes at our office.  This pricing structure includes most of the massage modalities he offers.  

Neuromuscular therapy and Injury rehab are priced slightly higher and his very special Brimstone Island Hot Stone Therapy is also priced higher.  Home visits within Greenwich start at $150/hr.  Home visits are limited to the early morning and mid-day hours due to a busy office schedule.  Evenings and visits outside of Greenwich are no longer possible. 

Therapeutic Massage - includes Swedish, Deep Tissue and Eclectic mix.

Acupressure - using Traditional Chinese Medicine (5-Elements and 8--Principles). Like Acupuncture but without the needles.

CranioSacral Therapy - please visit the Massage Terms page for additional information.  CranioSacral Therapy is available for everyone, from infants to geriatrics. Bob has extensive training through the Upledger Institute.

SomatoEmotional Release - An advanced form of CranioSacral Therapy designed to break up Energy Cysts from traumatic events. This therapy releases long held emotions that are causing physical pain.  Bob has had great success in dealing with the pain behind both physical and emotional traumas.

Lymph Drainage Therapy - A gentle treatment (not massage) that manually increases the flow of lymph through your system, boosting your immune system and relieving edemas.

Pregnancy Massage - also known as Pre-Natal and Maternity massage.  Bob is Certified in Pregnancy Massage.  Very few therapists go through the full certification process. This allows Bob to work with many high risk cases and provide labor support and post partum massage.  The massage changes each week as the mother experiences changes in her own body.

Neuromuscular Therapy - for injury rehabilitation and trigger point therapy.

Brimstone Island Hot Stone Therapy™ - A very special healing therapy using hot stones in a deep tissue style.  Each stone adds its own energy to the treatment providing a unique experience.

Sports Massage -  Pre-Event, Event and Post-Event work for most sports.  Bob has worked with professional, world-class and amateur athletes in many different fields.

Facilitated Stretching - the therapist assists you with stretches, utilizing the table and other sources to stretch muscles that you cannot easily stretch yourself.

Home Visits -  within Greenwich, CT only. Limited to early morning and mid-day hours.

Workplace Wellness Massage - both chair and table available Private Parties and Special Events (2 hr minimum) - primarily for chair massage.  We've provided chair massage for Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, birthday parties, family reunions, cocktail parties, wedding rehearsals, trade shows, Appreciation Days, sporting events, office parties and store openings.  We've also provided table massage for special birthday parties (like a 50th) to the attendees.

Gift Certificates - available in any amount Massage Packages - package discounts for 5 or 10 sessions.
