I also keep a 24-hr standby list for any cancellations. You can be placed on that list for any day. Just let me know.

SNOW STORMS: Since this is massage therapy and not brain surgery, I don't expect clients to risk their lives trying to get to the office during snow storms. Mostly because I don't want to risk my life either. I live on a tiny street that is one of the last to get plowed, so when the weather is really bad, I often have to cancel appointments because I can't get off of my own street. So I don't penalize clients who don't want to take the risk of coming in during a snowstorm.
As always, I will change the voicemail on my phone depending on the circumstances of the day. Clients who are already on the schedule will be contacted directly.

Gift Certificates: I don't accept credit or debit cards so I cannot process gift certificates over the phone or internet. You'll need to make an appointment to come by and pick one up. Due to safety reasons, I now lock the reception room door when I'm with a client. Please do not just stop by for the door will be locked. I only get 5-10 min between clients to process a gift certificate, so a short appointment is necessary. I can also conduct gift certificate sales via the US Postal Service. Saturdays are the busiest day of the week, with many time slots reserved on a weekly basis. Please note that advance reservations are mandatory. Please ask to be placed on the Saturday stand-by list in case there are any cancellations.

My secondary office in Old Saybrook, CT is open one Sunday each month. I'll be seeing clients again on Sunday March 14th. I'll be back there again on Sunday April 11th. Please call (203) 253-5576 to schedule an appointment.

While I do offer evening appointments, most nights are booked well in advance with weekly & bi-weekly clients. Please call and leave a message if you are interested in an evening session. I do keep a stand-by list and a time slot may become available.
